bobas and gorilla juice steep?

Bought some bobas and gorilla juice about 3 weeks ago as well as some ry4. From what I read on other forums its good to let the ejuice steep. Just put some bobas into my nautilus mini and it tastes so weak, tried the gorilla juice same thing???? I always get from same store. Same size 30 ml 18 nic. Any ideas???
