I got my Boba's last week to try for the first time and I LOVE IT. Problem is that my cartomziers hate it. I am lucky to get 2 days out of a cartomizer. This last one I only got 1 day and it is on its way out and I'm about to change it again. Maybe 4 mills through this cartomzier, the others lasting somewhere around 7-8. I am using it in a 3.0 ohm boge. 3 pretty large holes punched (2.5 turns on a COV carto punch), and in a cartomator tank.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I try to prime it quite often, but I have a feeling it just isn't wicking properly. Should I dilute it a bit with distilled water? If so, how do I go about doing that when using it in a tank?

I'm curious about this too, I'm using the same 3.0 ohm cartos. Seems like all AVE juices (100% VG) will burn through cartos like no other. Not sure if there's a way to extend the life of them? I'll typically try to fill the carto a bit before putting it in a tank, I'd think the tank would help as it's always keeping the carto wet, but maybe not.

I think it really depends on the hole size for these juices. In a tank there are several forces affecting the wicking of juice. One is the suction when drawing through, you have the standard vent holes to get fresh air, then the holes to draw in juice. If you draw to light or the holes are too small, then the air will follow tha path of least resistance, straight through the fresh air holes. If you have too large of holes or too strong a draw, you'll be sucking in juice too much. There is such a fine balance for VG only its difficult to say, and more difficult to determine based on everyone's drawing habit.

I would love to see a product shaped like a carto, without filler or wicking that can hold juice from leaking and really works. Unfortunately I have seen that yet. Good luck!

I vape Boba's all day and I mean all day and night. Haven't really touched other juices lately. I have a custom tank with air hole like the mini-subs and a boge 3 carto with four holes. The carto lasts me at least a week and had one last over two weeks with no burnt taste.

Lots of variables go into this but definitely keeping the air pressure stable is one key factor. At least once a day I will unscrew the air hole to let air pressure out and stabilize. Another thing to look for is when you vape, make sure you get the snap, crackle and pop sound. If you suck too hard then it will probably dry out quick.

FYI, I have this on a provari at 4.8 if that helps.

I don't dilute my bobas and I get 5-7(leaning more towards 5)days out of my boge SR cartos. I never had luck with bobas in a tank.

The way I get my cartos lasting that long is constantly topping off. Not nearly as much as you would have to when dripping but a lot. Every 25-30 puffs I add 4 drops of juice to moisten the top of the cartomizer, give it 20 seconds to soak in, then start vaping again.

I only use 100% VG and do this with all of my cartos.

I'll probably do this for the time being, and maybe try to punch another hole in the carto and buy a sub tank like flint suggested.
