I am currently going through P. Busardos list of favorite juices and have found Bobas Bounty to be a true winner for me. I really want to keep it at 50/50 ratio, but it's too thick for my PROTANKS to wick properly. I raise voltage, it burns up coils and tastes terrible, obviously. I turn it down, tastes good but unsatisfying vape. I take out top wicks, I get to drink juice. I don't RBA or drip, haven't tried in my carto tanks yet. Will it work better in them? Thanks in advance for your advice!! P.S, a juice recommendation and setup is always welcome.

Boba's is a 100% vg juice. If you got it 50/50, it's the knock off version from a different site. Doesn't answer your question, but I wanted to let you know.
You know, You're absolutely right, and I guess that's why us new vapers stay in the new member's section. 100%VG right on the bottle. Hope I didn't mislead any other readers.
READ: I have many pro tanks. What I do I I take the head apart and there will be 3-4 wicks. Remove the top wick and put the head back together and you will not get any burning and allow all wicks to become saturated
I am vaping BB right now in an EVOD with a cotton yarn wick, 1.8ohms at 3.7v and it tastes amazing! I redo all my kanger heads. My current wick of choice is cotton, but Im waitng on vapemail containing some ekowool.
Try using cotton wicks - not hard to replace the wicks and, that should cure your protank of it's dislike for thicker juices - thinner ones too depending on exactly what cotton you use. Cheesecloth, cotton balls and, yarn all work. There are plenty of threads and videos on how to do it.
No worries, I just wanted up make sure. There are a lot of counterfeits out there; juice and gear. I wouldn't want you to get turned off of something due to getting an inferior version instead.

I just took my Protank's atty apart last night and removed the top wick but had to put it back because it started gurgling. This was with a 50/50 blend juice.
