I got a new bottle of juice from a vendor I've used previously. I put a new carto in my AGR tank, but after about 12 hours of vaping, the carto floods. I haven't changed anything about my routine, filling, etc... So what could be happening? I've gone through a 5-pack in 5 days. Could the cartos be bad?

Possibly - Likely an o-ring is failing
It takes time for the carto filler to reach full saturation - not ready to vape saturation, but fully saturating. At that point the tank has to maintain a decent vacuum to keep the liquid in place until your Draw extracts more liquid.
So, If all else is the same as you have stated, the only thing that may have changed is parts wear.
