Sweet. In the mean time I found a great fix to plug the hole. Inside a 0.5cc insulin syringe is a lil grommet. Took some wiggling to get it in there but suckers air tight.

Might just ask at pharmacy counter n see if they'll give u one. Don't need a whole box of them. Don't even need the needle. Just the plunger. It has the grommet on it that pops off. I'm a RN so I have easy access to them. The 1cc (U100) are too big. You want the smaller .5cc(U50) syringe. Could use the 1cc ones but would prolly have to make the hole a bit bigger. I'm assuming the prov's cartomator and ss cartomator use the same size thumb screw.
So i finally figured out the reason for the flooding is because of the fill port on the pro v cartomator, i used the same boge carto on a regular delrin tank and it works flawlessly. I contacted vaperfexion and he's sending me a new tube w no port for free. Problem solved. Its weird my mom and pop sub tank has a fill port (bigger diameter screw) w no problems.. Live and learn, no more fill ports for me
