Those aren't flanged ones. Although the picture is flanged, in the description it says unflanged.

Smaller hole(s) the F16 Refill has 2x 1.5mm holes, that one looks like only 1mm at most and not sure if it has two holes. I asked Mopar and he said they tend to get only the 1 hole flanged cartos and people can punch more if they like. I prefer just to use the F16 Refill as punching always makes refilling tanks messier and the 2x 1.5mm holes works perfectly for the 70/30 juice I use.
