Boge LR carto question

So I have watched a number of youtube videos showing how to fill them (I prefer the condom method now). But anyway, in watching the videos where they pulled out the top cap, there is always another o-ring inside that they then pull out. However, none of my cartos had that o-ring inside of them.

So what's the deal?

All the bogue "soft cap" cartos I have gotten do not have a second ring to remove, just the soft silicone like plug, then drip directly into the filler. Many other cartos, mostly hard tips have an extra ring to remove before filling or use a syringe to inject juice through one of the small holes after removing the external cap.
