I've had nothing but problems with mine. The door fell off and is god knows where, it leaks, and now the housing is broken around the bottle base. Electrical tape held it together for a few days, but I've had it. I do love the battery life, but it's the size of a cell phone because of it. I'll keep it in the drawer for emergencies, but I won't be buying again. Boo.

MVVmama, I have a friend that tried 100% VG in one, it didn't work too well. Pretty darn thick. I don't know what the gauge is, what problems are you having?

The main worst things I have seen are people bending the needle by not hitting the little guide funnel, using the end of their finger to pump, and squonking it too much on an atty (drippy/leaky, then). If you push your fingertip in there, it's easy to pop the case open. If you us the pad of your thumb, and stop when it gets to the cutout, never had a problem.

As mentioned many pages ago in this thread, the bottle can be difficult to get out, I have a friend that eventually poked a hole in his trying to get it out with a screwdriver. I put a strip of Scotch tape on it, leave a little tail hanging out for a handle.

70/30 would be a little thicker than I have tried in a Revolution. Perhaps make an effort to squeeze it slowly (with the pad of your thumb). With 80/20 I found that a slow count of five was generally good, sometimes squonk it twice like that.

Read back up through this thread, there are a lot of tips.

Started using my Boge Revolution again for a bit, because my main mod failed.

Dropped it on a hard tile floor on accident and it opened up at all the seams, so I squeezed it all back together quickly and threw it in my pocket, well a few mins later I go to pull it out and see smoke coming out of the ANION light hole thing on the top!

I knew right away something was wrong, so I ripped it apart and sure enough those batteries were about to go into full on meltdown, expanding, smoking, the whole bit.

So I ran outside, ripped the wires off the board and set it in a safe place, the batteries stopped expanding, one of them vented.

I think when i pushed it back together after dropping it on the floor, something was shorting somewhere.

So I won't be using the Revolution anymore needless to say :)
