Briefly describe your problem or issueI ordered a custom mini bogger box on August 25, 2013. I received a confirmation email and the money was taken out of my account. I periodically checked my order status on the site and it was always 'processing'. By October 30, 2013, having not heard any more, I used their contact me form to ask about the status. I also checked the site and it said that custom mods take longer. I called them 3 times on November 25, 26, 27, 2013 and left messages each time but my phone calls have not been returned. I've also called several times in the last week with no return call.
