Hey all I have a question my brother who lives with me has started vaping and has kicked the cigs after I let him try some of the amazing juice from nicoticket. He is now ready to place his order. My question is can he use the Bogo coupon even though his address is here at my house? Any insight and clarification would be greatly appreciated thanks!
