BOGUS LAWS...What's going on in your area??

O.K...they outlawed smoking on the beaches here a long time ago. Then...little by little, us smokers were pariahs everywhere. Can't even smoke in the parking lot at our famous zoo. We finally get something that gets us off the nasties and now they're messin' with that too! L.A., no vaping in public places. Long Beach, NO vaping IN VAPE SHOPS! Wha, whaa, whaa, whaa???!! Know what? Idiots status quo in charge.

I understand that there should be regs: No under 18, certified facilities makin' juice, warnings on every bottle with contents, etc...

I also know that the pollutants we breathe are far more dangerous than second hand dissipating vape! FACT. SD looking up the coast now, what's goin on around you???

In my FINE country, smoking is prohibited in a lot of public places.
One day, we might just be confined to smoking in our home only.

Here in the Pittsburgh area people are a little freaked out by it that don't understand it but I have yet to have any issues vaping anywhere. I do practice a certain level of discretion though.

In the movies is where I always have a hard time. I sometimes sneak puffs and blow them into my shirt so they don't smoke out so much.

The closest law to where I live is the Chicago no vaping in public one. I have heard from someone who works in a vape shop, that vape shops have since been excluded. They are hoping to extend this one to the rest of the county. And I would assume that at some point it would be the whole state.

Me too. I always ask when i go to bars. Never outside. I walk through stores vaping, but I'm not a cloud chaser. With all due respect to cloud chasers, you're not helping our cause. More ammo for the nons. When I smoked I was courteous. the FDA already set us up to fail when they dissected some carty from China and found trace carcinogens. I know how much better I feel since quitting 2 years ago. PG in asthma inhalers since the 50's! VG second ingredient in one of my vitamins. Why can't common sense rule?

lol my wife is Australian and I had to fly there for us to get married. 14 hours on a plane. I would go to the bathroom and blow my vape towards the toilet and flush.

I guess I'm lucky. I live in one of the few states that actually voted down legislation to restrict vaping. At least for now, it's legal everywhere here.
