Amazing, and no one has found a PM in their inbox letting know they won. Maybe they should have put a time limit on responding to the winning PM or do so in the future, then the next person in line could take the prize. If you don't log on often enough to check your PM's, makes one wonder......

sandy - someone did - he responded that the winner was pm'd. The last contest did not post the winner either, so it looks bad.

Why the winner was also not announced in a post is beyond me. It makes sense that he would want everyone who entered to know that there actually was a winner and who it was. If the winner did not step up to the plate, then a second winner could have been picked. I just don't understand.
He says on the op the winner will be contacted with a pm. If you didn't get a pm then you didn't win. Usually the winner posts I won or something to that affect and that's the odd part but Que sera sera.
I have sent a PM to a moderator just to clarify if there is a rule for this type of situation

No, there is no rule that a supplier has to disclose the winners of their contests.
And no, I didn't win. (probably because I didn't enter). But I can confirm that there was a winner. And no, I won't name them. That would be up to the winner or the supplier to do.

Thank you very much. If there is no rule in place then the supplier did nothing wrong. It seems odd to me personally, and may have caused a bit of negativity towards the OP, but it is the suppliers descision ultimately how a contest is played out.
