Wooow, that is one old internet joke. Haven't seen it in awhile.
I can't post a link to anything about it, but go to Wikipedia's "Bonsai Kitten" article. It's not real.

Thank god for that, got to admit I was wondering (& hoping) that it was some horrible sort of wind-up.
I had seen it years ago, and found out it was fake. And knowing it was fake, I laughed my .... off when I saw it back then. They made it so realistic with the how to do it article, and the pictures, omg. Such a great hoax.
Then someone sent it to me in an email the other day. Figured I'd post the link here for fun, and see how long until someone debunked it. Didn't expect it to get outed as quick as it did though.
If you really want a good laugh, click the guestbook link and then scroll down to the Technical Help. Read that, it's hysterical. Here's the first one: Quote - Months ago, you have masterfully shaped my kitten into a trapezoid; however, now, the 45-degree angle on the tail side is weakining, making her more of a rhombus than anything. Although, I could reinforce the front side with the angular clamps you sell, I'm afraid she might turn out to be a parallelogram. Any tips?

If you didn't know better, it's dam near believable until you get to that guestbook link, then the absurdity of it leaps out at you. Poor kitty's.
Didn't the site used to have a lot more pics? I remember this being a more robust site.
