Im in Vancouver and we are planning on heading out to Seattle for the weekend, crossing at the Peace Arch. I want to take my PCC and a couple of batteries and a little juice to get me through the weekend. I dont want to have to buy smokes since I havent touched one since I started vaping months ago.
Has anyone had any experiences with border crossing either way. Im not sure about bringing it back either.
Ill probably take my chances anyways, I have lots of backup supplies, but am curious if anyone has tried this?

Maybe it will distract them from the fourteen pounds of weed and the muslims that are on the no-fly list you will have in the trunk!

*insert drum rimshot here*

Oh the fun we have here! :p

*crickets chirping*

Oh come-on! nobody?

Seriously though I don't tend to see travel being too big a problem reported here in the forums. Thanks for visiting and have a good trip!

Did anyone at the border actually see the stuff tho is what Im wondering. Did you have it in your carry on or packed away? Ill be driving across and will have it in my glove box I guess...will be an interesting experiment I guess...

I drive to the US all the time and there has been no problem. Keeping it out of sight but not hidden, like don't hide it under the seat, is the best idea.

The bigger problem would be the juice coming back into Canada, but realisitly someone searching you and then knowing what it even is, is very unlikely.

Juice is only illegal to sell in Canada, not posses. My parents are older and were down in Florida (go figure) and bought mine for me and brought it back. My Mom actually talked to the Border patrol when she was crossing back to Canada. They said its only when its shipping from a Company (a sale) that they stop it or if you buy a box of liquid and come back (most likely distributing). There is also no fine or anything, they just confiscate any liquid with Nicotine in it.

From what I understand you are not breaking any laws at all, unless you try and sell it to the customs people. I live in Michigan and I cross the border once in a while. No problems with e-cigs but I have been strip searched and told to bend over and spread them so they could take a good look at my brown eye.

Now that's a pretty (rhymes with) witty job!!!
