Well, I don't vape to entertain myself...at least I don't think so. That being the case I'm not sure I could really associate the term "boring" or "exciting" with vaping. I do know it keeps me off of cigarettes, I enjoy my nicotine, the variety of flavors is nice, and the act of vaping and producing clouds of vapor is relaxing. If you're bored, why not just stop? Did you get bored with smoking?

Totally go through that, a few times and it's only been about 3 months of vaping for me. When I order my Reo mini and try out some LR306s...that should help for a while.

I've recently been trying sampler packs of juices from different suppliers to keep things exciting. LOL

Also, been thinking about putting together some new box mods for the giggles, stuff like that.

I get it. And while it's exciting, it's so much easier to just forget that analogs are there, any time, just waiting for you to come back. When you get bored with it is when you start to notice that about half your cartos don't work right, and ordering juice and waiting for it to come in is kind of a pain in the ...., and there has to be some easier way to cart around umpty-dozen flavors, along with syringes for refilling (I never had to refill my cigs, I just opened a new pack), paper towels to clean up the inevitable drips, and what the hell happened to the flavor in this carto? It tastes like unwashed .... It didn't taste like that last night.

So I work to keep the excitement up, until forgetting about analogs is easier and the thought of opening a pack up seems a lot more distant than it does sometimes now.

I know exactly what ya mean. However this industry or the new and better delivery systems are comming in fairly quick, like the tank or clearomizers, etc, etc, are still interesting. Now it is figuring out the next juice to try and who I know that still smokes and converting them over. No smoking in my vehicle any more. So ya better vape if you are riding with me and you smoke the nastys.

I'm not quite there yet. But, seems to me that getting bored with it would be a GOOD thing. Last year, 2010, I spent enough money on vaping to have financed a month long vacation in any location of my choice. I'm over that, thank gawd. I think I've begun to settle down into vaping not being so exciting. Thank you.

And, maybe if I'm careful, I'll be able to take a vacation this Fall. :)

Ok, that was a better explanation :) Yeah, I don't stalk the mailman anymore like I used to, so I guess the rush of a new toy has faded. Although I do look forward to new flavors I haven't tried, the urge to order everything I see is gone. I guess I've "settled in" after close to two years of vaping.

Yeah, it's really weird. I never got "bored" of smoking. I just smoked. It tasted like crap, so I was constantly making iced oolong with lime just to cover up the bad taste and feel of analogging. Now, with so many flavors, I need to change it up or my taste buds get weary. I think this is in part because there IS a taste to appreciate, where with a cigarette it's just this gross thing that you happen to taste while you're inhaling it.

The other component to the occasional boredom, for me, is that I don't experience the compulsion that I did with analogs. I continue to use nicotine because I enjoy it, but on any given day it's possible to find it disinteresting and just pass it up.

Starting to get a little bored with vaping lol. Anyone else go thru this It was all new for me until now and its starting to be a little boring. Its not like xmas all over again like it was when i first started

You think you are bored, try a year and 6 months of vaping and see how bored you are. (Not meant to be snotty. Just frustrated with myself.) I no longer like any of my juices or my e-cigs or mods. I have fallen off the wagon due to not finding a good juice that I like in my price range. I have tried DIY and flunked.

I can use the same juice for a few months then it no longer tastes good to me any more. Oh bore, what to do?

i think that's when you know it's working for you lol. you don't need the constant stimulation and everything. i've got my cartos, juice and batteries and they work for me, i'm content. the routine replaced my cigarette habits. i didn't spend 24/7 looking for new cigs and lighters to try, i found my brand and moved on with my life.

i completely agree. there are times i literally forget to vape, i guess the nicotine kick is so subtle that it holds me for awhile. i vape simply because my passthrough is right in front of me lol. meanwhile my head used to be swimming after an hour without a cig.

I hit a point of "boredom" about 6 weeks ago. I have a gazillion flavors...nothing that I wanted (and I love them all !)
So...I mixed up a batch of some very light peppermint liquid...have been using and enjoying it since. Right now, it is keeping me happy/satisfied. Just this past week I am able to enjoy some other liquids again......

I haven't hit bored yet, but after 5 months it is much different from the beginning months for me. I found what works for me and collected my stash that I'm happy with. To my shock managed to get rid of my nicotine addiction although far from ready to give up vaping yet. I have no idea if or when the need to vape will disappear so since I have what works for me and enough of everything to last a while it doesn't make any sense to spend more money at this point on new and untried things other than a new juice once in a while that catches my attention even though I have plenty that I'm perfectly happy with at the moment. I am trying to keep up with what's new out there and how it seems to be working for people so I can help others and be informed just in case I find a need to try something new and different than what I have but it sure does feel different when I'm not researching to find my own next new purchase to be stalking the mailman waiting for it to arrive in my mail box !
