So, I was going to post today actually related to this. Not sure if I need to start a new thread? But, does anyone know where I can find a diagram or something of how it should look in the bottle of a grand? I have one that I think is malfunctioning and preventing juice from going up. I think it's positioned wrong but I've tried moving it around but honestly not sure where it's supposed to be placed?

Not sure what you mean? There are plenty of pics of Grands with the door off exposing the bottle. I you mean the O-ring then I have a pic of how it should be seated in the cap,

The o-ring goes in the cap and not on the bottle. When you put it in the cap move it up till it is seated at the end of the threaded part. The ring should fit the space. If your o-ring is too big you might try washing it and letting it dry overnight. Sometimes they swell and don't fit correctly.

O-rings can swell, become over size and not seat correctly, bunch up, etc. As said, take it out, wash it and let it dry overnight to return to it's original size. Then seat it in the cap as above. And don't over tighten the cap on the bottle, that can distort the o-ring. All it needs is a slightly snug tightening.

The o-ring should not make your REO be clogged. Check your tube. Make sure it is not touching the bottom of the bottle and suctioning. Take out your battery and rinse out your REO. Run water through the connector. Put on a bottle of just water and squirt it through. Make sure there is no blockage.

A bad o-ring would either allow juice to come out the cap or allow too much air in the bottle and limit the juice from rising up the tube.

It's actually doing a little of both - coming out of the cap clearly since there's juice in the reo. Not a lot, but it's definitely there. And I think it's limiting it. It's probably a year old reo with daily use and the tube I cut when I first got it. I think it's just not allowing juice to go up at all.

If the o-ring is buckling you should be able to tell that when you put it in. That would allow juice to come out of the cap instead of up the tube.

You can get another o-ring or do the mod where you use the dripper tip from a bottle and by-pass the cap and o-ring.
