Do any of you know where to get 15ml and 30ml plastic bottles with tips? I have looked and they are all different. I boggles my mind so if anyone has a place please list them.

Mt Baker Vapor has some pretty decent pricing if you just need a few (i.e. not looking to buy in bulk).

You can get the 15ml & 30ml bottles, drip insert and a bottle cap for $0.65/each. If you buy 10-50, that drops to $0.50/each.

I was going to suggest those myself, though I have a few and I'm not too partial to the bottle caps. I stick them in my pocket and caps that aren't child proof tend to come off since I'm moving around quite a bit throughout the day.

For someone just looking for storage, they're probably perfect though (and cheap).
