bottom fed rba's

Is there some sort of list going for RBAs that can be fed from a bottom feeder? I've got a local friend with a reo(he Iinherited mine when I switched to gennys) and he wants to make sure there aren't any options he may have over looked before he buys anything. Any opinions are certainly welcome as well as to what is quality and what units have issues.

And really......I'm missing my squonker from time to time. Gennys are great qnd all, but I miss the lessoned hassle I used to enjoy from my old mod. No fighting with wicks ya know. IOW, I am half looking for a reason to make my wallet scream.

i got an ERA by Budz Worx...

a bit pricey, but i loved it when i had my REO woodvil.

you'd have to make sure to get the bottom fed version, as they sell it as a sealed version too.

There are a lot of rba that are easily modified to work on bottom feeders as well.

I've successfully modded this one by pushing out the possessive post and cutting out some of the delrin insulator. This took me all of 5 minutes with the help of a hand drill.

That is a concern, but the insulator is still in tact all the way around the positive post. I just took out enough so that it's not air tight anymore.

I would guess it's an IGO-S but I don't remember them having the coil leg holes in the sides of the posts...

It's from Empire mods. This little guy: A6 Stainless Steel Rebuildable Atomizer

It's pretty nice. I'd say I like it better than IGO-S and the usual ERA clones. But it still doesn't hold up to Reomizer2. Except for being cheaper.
