I been vaping on a 510 and 510-t. While I love the 510 carts to try vapes, and I love the 510-t for regular use (I think it tastes cleaner idk). I haven't tried cartomizers... I only have 1 functioning 510-t atty is the problem. The other just tastes burnt from day 1. I considered ordering more... I finally found at least 1 all day vape (Thankx RIMP xxx) So I was considering an ego.. and now I am thinking what I really would like would maybe be a bottom feeder. I don't want to be switching carts all the time, while it is fun flavor hunting... It distracts me from keeping vaping convenient. I am not into the wood looking ones. Not that my budget would allow this anyways. What kind of bottom feed mod is good on a budget and good looking too (I am easily amused). I am trying to read and learn about bottom feeding mods. It's confusing all over again like when I bought the 510. I like small, affordable, well working.. And don't know anything... Okay now I am just rambling (Coffee). remember I am on a budget though because I been off work to student teach full time since. Hmmm February and it doesn't pay anything. But I will be done in 8 days. :) I am designating my phone rebate to this (I finally upgraded off my trusty ev2. Yes sad)
Thank You!
P.S. I will try to stay out of the caffeine while reading this thread.

I have seen great things about the old goat (not familiar with them exactly) and I actually read on the Boge Rev V2... and watched some videos. The 2 reviews I read weren't so good, but the video reviews were. People always find it easier to post complaints than praise so I got to take that into consideration.

nobody owns the newer v2.1 version yet. it sounds like there will be a few improvements since everyone had so much to say about the first version:laugh: the new one has a 1400mah battery and not that dumb ion light thingy

You any good with a soldering iron? It's really not hard to make one. Check this out. Please read the whole thread. There are some discussions about switches and brass that matter later in it.
Yes and no. I can solder. Do I have patience? Not really :( But In will keep it in mind. TY :D

I finally got the chance to buy a REO from a forum member and I'm expecting it to cross the border and make it to my place sometimes in the next 2 weeks, and after doing allot of reading, it seems like THE bottom feeding mod. I'm so excited I been dreaming about it ever since I had the pm that confirmed I was the happy buyer. So if you do land a new job, gift yourself a REO!!! I'm about 100% sure you won't be deceived even tho I haven't tried mine yet :D

The REO's are a very low risk proposition - if you find you don't like it, they sell very quickly in the classifieds at little to no loss to you since they are in high demand. I bought my first Mini last September, and have since bought a Grand, another Mini and a Woodvil. Great, no-fuss PV's that will last for many years. When I started with the REO's, I was partial to LR306 atomizers, but for the past couple months I have been using LR dual-coil cartomizers, and really like them - they seem to be very consistent performers and last me a long time. A lot of folks like the 2.0 ohm Boge cartos as well.

It looks like there will be some Mini's available this evening - if you are interested in a Mini, register at reosmods.com in advance and be ready at 7PM Eastern time - they go quickly. The AW IMR 14500's are the recommended batteries for the Mini. For a charger, I really like the PILA.
