I started with a simple 510 kit, lasted me two weeks before I was over it and ordered a P16 from Super T and have been using that for over a month now. Now I find myself trying to decide which bottom feed mod I want to try. I'm stuck between a Reo Grand and a Kaji Ali'i. Neither are easy to come by but which do you guys prefer?

Well I agree with your choices, very much.
I am trying to land either one or both of them...
Appears that they are at the "top" of most vapers (bottom feed) preference.

There are several threads specifically on each...
But...problem, getting one.
I have been trying for about 2 weeks and no luck!

So I have no personal experience with either, but have alot of "want one" desire.

They're both wildly popular. Along with the Phidias Feedimus. And rightly so, from all accounts. However, I'm not able to be near a keyboard for the almost lottery style hit or miss bracket of one minute per several weeks when you might get lucky enough to order one (among the likely hundreds of people who are hitting "refresh" along with you to try to sneak in). I've gone to ceramic filler-free carts as being the next best thing (edition 4) from Clouds of Vapor. I like them but they aren't without issues (wicking, among those). I'm now stalking the juice tank threads as being possibly better than the ceramic with more reliable wicking.

The mods look great but getting your hands on one is way too hard.

Technology is moving in leaps and bounds and until some of these mods start getting mass produced by bigger companies that can keep up with demand they're going to be very hard to come by.

Michelle thanks for the input..I was looking at a juice tank as an option as well and I tried the e2r4's from COV myself and agree with the you. I do love all VG and Bruce's caramel cream and Blueberry are my favorites. Lately I've been dripping using a cisco lr306. I would just like something more convenient. I'm willing to wait for what I like...you can't rush a good thing.

The REO Grand is a very industrial mod - made from a solid block of aluminum and it has a mechanical switch, so the thing is not only pleasing aesthetically, it is also indestructible. If you are looking for a handcrafted wood mod, I would suggest the Phidias, and, if you are looking for versatility, I would suggest the Integrity - there are a couple of reviews of it here, including ones that I posted.

they're so hard to get I've been stalking the reo forum for about a month and 1/2 like Michelle M said its like a lottery, I'm not sure why they just don't do pre orders it seems like that would be a better customer experience. so I broke down and got a 5v wet box from COV $62 after coupon code I'm sure it will be fine if I don't abuse it, my 3.7 wetbox is still going strong its been almost 2 months I use it everyday. don't get me wrong I'd love to have a reo I just can't get my gruuby little hands on one.

Thanks to everyone for the input so far. I was thinking the same thing as far durability goes so I guess the Reo is the one I'm after. Twisted, if the ali'i has only lasted you 5 months than trust me....it would last me much less. I'm not buying something to sit at home and look at, it has to be capable of coming out with me, whether that be a work, a road trip, or the corner bar with the guys.

Trouble is with pre-orders, if the modder hits a snag and production gets delayed, people light torches, grab pitchforks and start screaming for the his or her head. Reo has posted on his threads that he's waiting for a couple hundred parts to be polished and anodized, so hopefully he'll be able to get some more mods out to meet demand. Grands should start appearing in 2 weeks, minis are appearing daily.

And, my Grand is frakkin' sweet. No muss, no fuss, minimal maintenance, just throw in my pocket for all day vaping satisfaction.
