Bottom Feed RBA's???? which has best bang for buck???

Looking for a bottom Feeder rba. Any one know of any good ones that are not $70 or more. looking for one around $40 or less.. Less is better, but dont want junk either. Any info would be much appreciated

no no no no get an optimums octopus or a phoenix they are like $8 and my favorites but they arent really a tank in my opinion i consider them drip attys
