Hi all! Decided to post this in new members since it's a super noob question and I know a lot of you have tons of experience! Please let me know to move if I've misjudged!

I went from an ego, quickly to multiple mvp's, recently picked up my first provari, and now I'm looking into bottom feeders. I've read and read, but still have some questions!

On a super basic level, I mean super basic. How do unregulated mods work? Say I was looking into a reo grand. Will the vape quality diminish as the battery wears down? How do I "regulate" my experience? Different resistence atomizers? For example, with my 2.0 ohm I set my vv at about 3.8. Does that mean if I hook up my 2.0 ohm tanks to an unregulated device it will give me the experience of the 3.7 output of the battery? Decreasing as the batt dies? I so want to squonk and have the simplicity of having juice on board ready for a 12 hr shift at work, but I can't help but feel like this May be well over my head and I should just stick with vv/vw devices. Is there such an animal in a bottom feed device? Thanks so much for any help!

You will regulate your vape on a Reo in most occasions by how you build your coil. The vape will diminish as the battery wears down. You learn very quickly how to tell when a battery needs to be replaced. This was one of my hesitations initially but it gets to be second nature pretty quickly.

Most people now use RDA's (rebuildable dripping atomizer) on Reo's, although you do not have to. It is very easy and inexpensive to maintain.

There is a VV Reo but it is no longer being made. You can find one on the classifieds here fairly regularly. There is a rumor of a new Reo version set up to be used with a Kick is coming, and some users add their own Kick.

It is a great device for fill up in the morning, new battery and off to go. Come on over to the Reo forum as there is a great group of people who can answer just about any question you could have.

They exist, but they're hard to find.

Red Sky Mods should have a batch of DNA-30 powered Cutlass models ready in a few weeks.

And a few people are have home-built these 3D-printed mods:

You can wait for the DNA30 models which will be tough to get and expensive as hell or you can vape with the Reo Grand. Just pack 2-3 extra batteries for a 12 hour shift so that you can replace them as the voltage drop becomes intolerable. You'll probably want to build a coil with lower resistance however. Do you have experience with building coils?

When you buy a reo. You buy it to be the all in one last mod you will ever need.

6ml bottle of juice that feeds directly to your atomiser. Different size ones for any need you may have. I have been vaping for half a year and grew frustrated with every mod I had until I found the reo. It has a very loyal fan base for a reason. It's well made and rob (the creator and owner) has unmatchable customer service. I agree with the others. Come down to reo's mods and well help you find one that fits your needs.

They come in every colour and finish you can think of. And if for someone reason they don't have the colour you want I've seen that rob will do custom colors ;) all you have to do is ask and he'll set you up.
