Kanger Bottom Feeder RDA comparability.

My son gave me a Kanger bottom feeder. Like this: Kanger DripBox Starter kit Bottom Feeder 60W

I have a smok H-PRIV 220.

Is it OK to use this rda with my mod. I have an rda but a second one would be cool.

As much as I like my drip boxes, the Atty is kinda crappy. It works, and I see no reason it wouldn't work on that mod, but I would get a BF Velocity clone from Tobecco and rock that on the Dripbox and be happy. Because that is my ADV.

Are you asking to use the bottom feed RDA from the DripBox on a different, non bf, mod?

If so, you can but it will probably leak, since there's a hole in the bottom.

I second the Velocity V2. It comes with a solid 510 and a squonker 510 pin so you can use it on just about any mod (subohm capable). The atty that came with it will leak (like Lessifer said) on a non-squonker mod.

Should be, if the math works out. I have found that most RDA's are combo's set up to work for cloud chasers, and to a lesser degree, flavor seekers. In choosing an RDA, I purchase those characteristics that enhance my vaping experience.

It's a BF (bottom feed) atty Bob, with a juice supply hole right up through the 510 pin.

I just looked in my Velocity Mini spares baggie... and damned if there isn't a BF pin.
I may have to try a squonker after all.

Just confirms my belief that respondents here are noobs. You can but you shouldn't It will leak all over your mod through the hole. +1 to lessifer and fish lol.

at the risk of being not condescending enough o.0 the rda that comes with the dripbox really should only be used on a squonker based on the fact that it has a squonk pin in it's 510 connection - as lessifer and fish both mentioned, it will leak on a non-squonk mod, such as the H Priv

recently saw a poster on another board mention that his velocity v2 (which does have a sqounk pin) was not making contact with his dripbox, though - 510 was not long enough and not adjustable

personally, using a tsunami 24 on my dripbox and it works like a charm - and it is convertible (comes with regular pin installed, squonk pin in parts bag)

short answer - if you use a BF rda on a non BF mod, it's going to be a mess

The atty for the bottom-feeder has a hole in the bottom...so it can be fed. Putting it on a non-bottomfeeder mod won't work.

My intention is to have multiple RDA's to build different coils and just "mess" around. I do (and will probably always) I do not use any kind of mechanical mod so I'm not too worried about safety all that much.

I have 2 RBA's with my TFV4's but wicking them is a ......

BTW, I now own a Smok H-PRIV. Had to replace my broken tc-80 until i can solder the bad connection. Loving it.
