How are you currently prepping yours? How many watts/volts are you using?

This was my method (I have since moved onto RBA/RDAs)

1) Plug the center hole up top w/ a toothpick
2) Drip 34'ish drops for XL cartos. Take your time and be patient. Let the liquid soak through the bottom. Takes about 20 minutes.
3) Insert carto in the tank.
4) Fill with fluid
5) Take a few primer puffs to ensure liquid is in the carto
6) vape starting at low voltage. I usually start around 3.5-3.6 volts.

There must be something I'm missing with these because I prime my F17 perfectly and have double hole cartos and I run it dry it never fails! I think there is something keeping it from drawing juice in maybe its not sealing properly? Anyway I'm currently saving for a different tank. This one kinda sucks

Hmm not sure. It may also be the carto itself, the viscosity of the juice. The tank just holds the liquid so im not sure how it would play into the equation. I'm not saying it doesnt have anything to do with it. I'm just saying I don't know how.

yes i followed each of those steps the problem is after a while it just doesnt replenish itself with new juice and runs dry. I know what it has to do and what the concept is but its not happening.

just so you know I put a new cartomizer from my 5 pack into a larger tank (VPX Cartomator from NHALER) than the f16 and primed it perfectly by filling the tank, plugging the bottom hole, sucking almost a whole tanks worth of liquid inside the carto until I get a slight gurgle. (this takes a while) Then I let it sit over night or 12+ hours. When I started vaping it the next day it was borderline flooded because it was gurgling a bit, but a few puffs later and until this day it has hit perfect every time!!! It may be a task to prime these things but when you do it right, you will know what all the rave is about with these devices. They just simply work when they are set up. I have also noticed that the filler under the driptip is white so I figured it was going dry (taste was fine though) put 1 or two drops to top it off and it flooded. So dont be fooled it is definately wicking enough down there. Hope this helps. I think a major part is that it is tight inside the tank and properly primed.
