Bought items from "VapedLife" through Rakuten, having a questionable experience

Has anyone bought from this Vendor? They also have a website at VapedLife.com

I bought my stuff on Jan 1, and I was told on the 5th that they shipped on the 3rd and was given three tracking numbers.

USPS says all the tracking numbers don't exist and VapedLife has not responded to ANY of my emails or inquiries. I was really excited because I got the Atlantis Aspire but I'm finding this very frustrating.

ETA: They are in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area. Mail is notoriously slow leaving that part of the state.

Yeah I read the previous thread, and the guy found their phone number but didn't share it.

Does anyone know how to get it or what it is?
