After sending back my bottles of liquid, I never contacted them to follow up. Although it took about 10 days, they contacted me to check if my paypal account was OK and confirmed the amount, which was my entire purchase from Gourmet Vapor, including shipping, plus the priority shipping charges for sending them the liquid. They gave me the full refund yesterday afternoon, about 72 hours after confirming.
I never followed up and they handled it correctly although it took a few days more than they initially stated. I am pleased with their following through on this as I didn't even buy it directly from them, only a sister company. I have had a much tougher time dealing with refunds from other vendors, and with this onslaught they deserve some positive feedback for doing this properly without any contact from me. Many vendors disappear in this business and they have taken the heat and are trying to do the right thing.
If I had not read anything on ECF about possible mislabeling I would have still been taken care of, as they emailed me to initiate the recall. If we're judging based on resolving a problem, they're doing a good job now and that's all I can ask. How they can afford to do this is beyond me.
