I bought some unflavored nicotine in late August and was notified by box elder of a recall that included my nicotine. I emailed them an received an RMA number before the thanksgiving holiday asking me to send it priority mail and I would get a refund within 24 hours. I sent it out sometime after thanksgiving and they received it on 12/1/2011. I emailed them a few times about the refund, getting one response 2 days later that I would have my refund within 48 hours. It took another 7 days to get the refund. I finally got my refund yesterday (12 days after they received the nicotine) this is a far cry from 24 hours they promised.
I will never order from them again for the reason to recall, but they gave no saving grace through customer service. It was an all around a bad experience.
