TI 5V boobster
2 100 uf caps
diode
75K and 20K resistors
200K pot
sliding switch
3A momentary switch
mini USB
10ML bottle (but i think a 5 or 6ML would fit better)
Voltage Indicator voltmeter
it has a mini usb that allow you to either charge the 18650 or take out the batt and vape from the power source.
voltage goes from 4.2 to 5V under load. the sliding switch gives the option to vape from the batt (bypassing the booster) if you want lower voltage.
i added a washer on top to capture any juice that would eventually leak and them would be sucked back to the bottle.

did you get most of this from the same manufacturer? Who was it? It would be good for a tutorial if most of it could be obtained from the same source.

most of the parts you can get by following Nucks tutorial for the fistpack (the sliding switch for 3.7 or boobster is not on that list. so make sure to get one)

than you need the 200K pot and JB weld a knob to it (i took mine from a helping hands)
this is the one i got
POT 200K OHM CERM 15 TURN - M43P204KB40
you can get one with a knob. i got one but decided not to use it. its not even a full turn...
the box is RS and the feeding system is a bit complicated cos i used the stuff i had laying around the house. (vanishing needle syringe, IV tubing, teflon tubing, lowes washer)
and mini usb

Damn...I gotta get over here more often...that is sweet D!! I have one of those readout on a CO alarm I tore apart...I suppose it need a special circuit board though. I am gonna have to stop BSing and get back to work on some stuff once the kids get back in school!! Looking good D!! Does that get FM too??

guys! like i said. just use the fistpack tutorial and replace the sliding switch with resistors with a 200K pot adding a resistor (i used a 20K but Nuck suggests a 36K) to the leg that goes to ADJ pin on boobster.
here is the schematic that helped me with the sliding switch for "boobster/variable - plain 18650"

note - last night for some reason the booster would shut off after 3-5 seconds hit at higher volts (anything above 5V under load). i was vaping on the same 18650 batt for almost 2 days without charging it. i replaced with a fresh charged one and all went back working as it should. Nuck said that it could be the atty that had its resistance lowered somehow and today that same atty is acting funny even on different devices so he was probably right...
