Hi all,

Had a really disaster ... major tank/carto flooding! The juice flooded 510 connection over the juice-well. I was even in the BP.

Took it apart (thanks to the other threads) cleaned everything (even shined the brass top and bottom caps), let it dry and went to put it back together but .... I've lost a small plastic part ... stupid I know ! Spent the last 2 hours searching for it lol.

The part is a plastic sleeve that covers the pin which goes into the top cap and you fix the screw into (pic attached).

Anyone know what this part is? Can you get these from a hardware store?

Cheers Buzz, much appreciated. If you know the specs for the shoulder washer I'll check if there's a uk seller to save you the trouble. If not I'll drop you an email.

Thanks again.

BTW .... I've bought a few devices (one very expensive with boost regulation?) and the BP has out performed them all for both vape and runtimes! I can't fathom how the BP does it on 16340!? The BP saved me money as I shifted them all on but luckily I kept hold of a SB and a few LR cartos to kept me going till I get sorted. Cheers for designing a top notch PV :)

Well after I shined the top and bottom caps I threw the brasso wadding in the bin! Did the shoulder washer go with it?

1 hour of sifting, transferring waste from one bag to another, checking pieces of rotten pepper, banana and tomatoes ... it was attached to ice cream residue in a Ben and Jerry carton (Cookie Dough in case your interested).

Just was the doctor ordered for a Sunday morning  Hopefully a lesson learnt!?

Thanks Mike and Bovinia for the offers of help and support. The top and bottom caps came up a treat! Me and the BP together alone again!
