Rule of thumb for ALL delivery devices. ONLY tighten to contact. this prevents damage to Battery section, 510/ego threading and device center pin.
T2 - check/compare Air hole locations. I have seen a few that the holes are placed wrong and will choke off. I have a few original T2's, T3's, T3 mini's, several T4's, Evods and Protanks. ALL work on both my eVIcs. Actually my Vivi's, tanks, Carto tanks, ce5 - Everything works on them.:D

What's really bothering me now is knowing I could've gotten the full eVic kit for like $40+ cheaper if I shopped around more, I really thought I was getting the best deal at $104 + tax ($115 total) from my vape store. I try to get the best deals I can on everything, and I've failed miserably this time

MsComp, I think he was actually trying to say that his eVic was lighter in weight than his iTaste MVP, not that it had a lighter drag.. I hope the MVP doesn't have a heavier drag, I almost bought that but decided to go with the eVic!! And the eVic should hit better for the cost!

Thanks! I appreciate it! I finally figured out how to get to the menu on my eVic! LOL!

Look up the Joye tech web site, and download the manual online, that is what I did, I got tired of using a magnifing glass to read that manual, then you can just zoom in on the image so you can read it.

Sorry, this is what I meant! I love my iTaste MVP! I didn't know about the eVic until after I bought the MVP! I wanted the eVic because of how it can read the ohms on the clearomizers and tanks. I don't feel much difference in the drag between the systems.

Tucson, it's a dry heat
But I do find that the MVP hits harder than the eVic - it's one of the first things I noticed when I tried the MVP after having used the eVic for weeks. The MVP is heavier too, but smaller in your hand. And of course, the MVP doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the eVic.

Personally, I like them both for different reasons.

Tina - is your evic in stealth mode? That may be why you can't see the display. Hook it up to the MVR and turn off stealth mode.

EDIT: I see you figured it out :)

I also just noticed that underneath the metal top-cover (the metal piece that screws on, right above the button/screen), the o-ring just underneath it seems a little uneven. I can see a wave in the o-ring right near my display screen.

O-ring? If I unscrew the top part of my evic (I suppose we can call it the "cone") I don't have any o-rings in there. Does anyone else have an o-ring?

Thanks everyone for the feedback!! As for the O-ring that sits under the 'top-cone', just above the display screen - I just pushed it down with my fingernail and it seems to be even now. I also noticed I got one of the "new" eVic's, with the 2 tiny screws in the top to keep it together; this is good

As for the T2's, this is still bothering me.. It's hard to even loosen it because a tad too much and the eVic doesn't connect with the T2 (atomizer not found). I may bring it back into the store
... I guess it was worth it for me to pay the extra $ and get it at my local store - I can bring it back if it has any problems, and the customer their gave me a quick tutorial (even though the worker should have been the one showing me).. The customer who gave me the run-down also had a T2 on his eVic, I wish I got the chance to ask him if his gave a tight drag too

Thank you for your help, though! :)

Once you adapt to the eVic, it's really a great APV. I love my two. I keep saying that my MVP is my "away from home" APV, but I find myself taking the eVic around town lately.

If you still really think it's too big, get a shorty tube and a good 18350 battery. The have the short tubes in black too. This is where I got mine, along with an efest battery:

Genuine Joyetech/Anyvape eVic/eGo-T 18350 Battery MOD short tube

Don't get the "generic black" ($2 cheaper). It works, but it looks pretty cheesy and cheap. I think the anyvapes look better.

Any idea if you can get more then 800mAh for this little tube?
