Like many here, I've wanted to quit smoking for a long time. A pack+/day for 25 yrs, and I was sick of it. I've made some really lame attempts to quit in the past, and always lit up again. Last week I said I'll never quit, because "I liked smoking". That mentality really helped me accept defeat.
On Monday I bought a Blu disposable to see what the e-cig experience was like. I puffed that, along with a 1/2 pack of analogs, through yesterday morning. Yesterday afternoon I finished off the Blu. Yesterday evening I went to a local shop and bought (2) Atmos Optimus 510's, and (3) bottles of juice to start. It may not be the best product to start with, but after making it more than a day now without a cigarette, and being completely satisfied with the vapor(even after a good meal), it may be the best product for me. Yeah, it's only been a day, but it's the first full day where I've EVER gone without a single cigarette since I started smoking. That's a REALLY big deal to me. I've never been so enthusiastic about quitting smoking.
I found this forum this evening, have been reading, and wanted to say thanks to those who contribute and share their knowledge/experience. I won't ask you to wish me luck, just keep sharing what you know.
