Hey everyone. I am 100% brand new to the world of e-smoking. I recently bought an epipe and it is simply amazing so far. I just have a couple of questions that I need clearing up that I can't seem to find answers to anywhere, and was hoping some nice person on these forums would help me out.

So, like I said I'm brand new to this whole deal, I guess my first question would be: even without a cartridge in the pipe, the pipe produces a lot of vapor, but I have no idea what is being smoked? Without a cartridge to be smoked in the pipe, what is being smoked?

Really, thats my main question... I'm just really curious as to what is being smoked when there is no cartridge. If smoking it with no cartridge will do it harm, or if it even runs out?

Any advice or help anyone could give me would be great.

I've never bought the epipe kinds. So I wouldn't know but some helpful soul on here will probably be along to help you. Just wanted to welcome you to ECF!!! Keep on vaping!!!

Welcome fullon, interesting nick I'm not an epipe user and a newb myself, unable to answer your querie. I'm a regular forum user however and I might suggest you add 'epipe question' to the thread header so the epipe users will chime in. Click on infoPages above left (below the site logo) for an excellent intro to vaping!

Welcome to ECF. It's the juice that is in the atmoizer. If you continue to do that it will eventually ruin the atmoizer as it will dry out. What you are actually doing by removing the cart and just using the atomizer is called "dripping" or close to it.

Hi and welcome. Already said, there is still liquid in the atomizer. Don't use it too long that way or you will be saying bye bye to it.

the reason why it still vapes is because there will still be eliquid in the atomiser

All atomizers before they get shipped have a liquid put on them from manufacturing its not harmful... to my knowledge however the atomizer will burn out quite quick if you don't keep it wet.

Welcome FOR, I should've caught on to the IASIP reference, I just started watching.

The e-cig is still relatively rare this far east, I've been turning on my buddys and for many of us it's the only answer. The big difference is the gas station variety sucks so bad many give up immediately. I've got an eGo-C and some 510 stuff dripping, no players light since new Years! First time I've quit without a breakdown in many years

Good luck on the Simeon Pink research, perhaps I'll see you at the Writers At Woody Point festival someday, or have we already met there?
