Hello everyone. I'm SO happy to say that I've been off of regular cigarettes for TWO weeks now! I'm super excited. I am going to use this site to read all that I can so that I may be more informed about my new e-cigarette. I am using an eGo-T that I purhased from www.sansmoke.com . They had an ad at the grocery store. Since they are local I didn't even have to pay shipping. I guess I'm just super excited and want to spread the word to everyone! :D

I also want to thank everyone on here for all of this information. I have read some but plan on reading much more. What a GREAT website!

How are the cig cravings going? It took me 2 weeks to not want an analog anymore, wondering how it is for you?

I know you were asking this of Bervin, but I will respond as well, in hopes it will help Bervin.

I still struggle with cravings... having one right now.... but if I just breathe a little (and better than I have in years!) and vape some..Im good. I have tried the patch, gum, Welbutrin, Chantix...one point I quit for almost 1 yr. ALL of those quits were a struggle from day one, until I broke and went back to the analogs.

This quit is BY FAR the easiest I have had. Cravings are there, but the most managable I have ever had. And within a day or two I found my vape TASTED better than my cigs ever had. THen last week I got my Buzz Pro VV mod...and NOTHING tastes as good as my vape (especially Ms T's Snickerdoodle cookies in the morning and after dinner....YUMMY!!).

Totally agree. By far the easiest quit I have ever had. I was a 40+ yr, 1 1/2 pad smoke stack.

It's been over a month for me now...being free from analogs. No, I'm going to start calling them FRSKS (filthy, rotten, stinkin', killer stix).

I have noticed that my cravings are almost null & void now. Once, maybe twice a day. I get the occasionally "nag" but I vape instead. Craving (crazing) gone!!! I think my thoughts are more of the old "habit" now, reaching for a FRSKS, not the addiction. I can hardly stand the smell of FRSKS anymore. And I love the flavs available. I have 4 flavs right now with a couple more on the way.
