Title sez it - where can I get a brass drip tip?
I would suggest non brass, but colored like this one. GOLD Drip Tip for 510/901/KR808
It is even on sale today.
Nice find !....thanks for the link. I take those and mod them so the internal shape is like Super T's widemouth.
Can you just drill them? If it is plated, I would think that this would open up an edge and cause it to start peeling. At this price, I guess I could just experiment. I Have drilled out delrin ones before and that seems to work well.

Yeah, at that price it's no big deal...at the worst I'll have a silver drip tip modded like I like them. The holes are drilled too small on just about every drip tip made these days. It doesn't allow air flow when putting in ejuice. Opening them up makes a big difference (at least to me)
Plus 1 on the cost. They are costly and my only worry is dropping one and not knowing it. It's like dropping a 20 dollar bill and it blowing away in the breeze!
I do wish I knew what the current breed of so caled "stainless" Chines ones are made of. I do know they are non-ferrous alloys though. I bought a few "stainless" ones and after a few hours usage, they turn a brassy color where they make contact with the mouth. I have a wierd body PH anyway but once the silver is gone, you can't get it back.
Conversely, I have bought a couple of the "gold" ones and they turn to a silverish tint in the same place the silver turns brassy. As stated though, at least they are cheap enough to not get worked up over if you lose one.![]()
I have a few of the T tips in both SS and delrin and love the wide mouth on them, excellant for dripping. I won a set of the delrin whistle tips and like the small mouth one on cartos.I have bought a few T tips, they are my favorite, except for the price. Ouch! Can't afford many at $20 a pop.
The colored aluminum ones from crystal clear are pretty good I havn't tried the gold one yet but my mom has used a purple and a pink one from there for about 3 months without any discoloration. She has even dropped them and hasn't chipped them yet. My Alum one is great also but I prefer the softness of plastic.
