Take off the delrin cover grab the tube with pliers turn counterclockwise to loosen it then put the juice tube on and turn the tube off pull firing pin and replace it with new one and reverse to put it back together. Watch the rebuild tutorial on the Reo web site but don't tear it off like Rob shows unless you have the replacement parts.

The tube that the juice tube was on is the one I'm referring to. Loosen it with pliers then put juice tube back on to turn it the rest of the way off. Watch the rebuild video on the Reo web site it will give you an idea of what you need to do. But like I said do not rip the metal tube off like Rob does in the video unless you have parts to replace it with.

yes and be super careful not to damage the gasket around the center post and the grommet in there.......dont turn the center post in the 510 connector to loosen or tighten....just put a flat tip screw driver in there to prevent it from turning when you unscrew and screw the juice connector with the pliers.......

use this as a reference but like said above don't just pop that juice connector off unless you have a rebuild kit.

One thing to note here (hopefully you have a rebuild kit or managed to not tear up the connector), is that there's probably a 1 in 3 chance that you'll tear it up when disassembling it. From now on, probably a good idea to make sure you have a replacement prior to attempting to remove the firing pin (I'm going to have to wait for some myself before I swap out the firing pin on the new reo I just ordered).

I just did this, I had a rebuild kit so was not worried about snapping it. I held the metal tip for the tube with pliers and the used a flat head screw driver from the top to loosen it. the grove in the top is not deep so if you slip around with the screw driver you could tear up the top.

I noticed that the hole in my OEM pin was sized to screw on, so I drilled the brass one to also screw on.
