Start vaping to get off smokes. I won't get in to the hobby of it. I'll never get a mech. I don't wanna build my own coils
OK maybe I will. But I won't ever sub ohm. ... Okay maybe I will. But 0.7 is my limit. Okay maybe 0.4... K 0.3 but I will never buy an authentic. Too pricey. Clones for me. Okay maybe just one. OK... I'll buy one more before I even get the first.

I gotta stop setting up these rules. Lol keep breaking them. That reflects my vaping over last 5 months.

The wallet hurts I've spent double the amount I would have on smokes, on vaping... Lol

That's ok for now. There is a period early on when you need to invest in some decent equipment. Once you get settled in, have a collection of reliable gear and a few juices that you really like, the costs *usually* start going down. UNLESS, of course, you are a member of the 'gotta have the hottest new ecig gizmo of the week' club. Then, the SKY is the limit. lol.....

I always said I would NEVER rebuild or build a coil, much too masculine techno-geek..

I have 2 Kayfuns and an Igo-S that I love, a Caterpillar and RSBT that I detest. But I've built coils for all of 'em, and also for the T3S's and mini protanks that came first. And I have acquired some marvelously masculine techno-geek tools... a vise! Drillbits out the yinyang. Needle-nose pliers. Noalox. :D

I also said I would never quit smoking... et voila! :D 95 days into my SECOND time quitting... of course there wouldn't have needed to be a 2nd time if I hadn't gotten appendicitis and became unable to vape for 4 days, but such is life -- if you want God to laugh, just tell him your plans. :D

I know how you feel. I think its been like three weeks for me so I am still working towards getting a comfortable system set up and it seems like every week my wish list of parts grows more and more.... so far I got the mod and a large Nautilus tank... but then of course the one bat. is a pain so I found a deal 6 batteries for $20... ordered that... need a huge charger to fit all those... so that comes this Friday.. oh and I was never going to build coils... so last week I got one of those Mutation X's to play with because I want to get a big dipper to solve altitude problems I am having... so that is on my wish list... and oh yeah I want to get th Nautilus mini just because its smaller and might look better and of course with the Mutation I have to now get tools like pliers and what not but I already got the wick and wire... have not made my first coil yet...and oh they came out with that Istick kind of mod I want to check out so that is now on my wish list soon to purchase and of course Daddy wants a Provari 3 after x-mas season.... the list goes on and on and on but I am in hopes it will settle down at some point. Having a horrible time getting supplies here which is the biggest pain of all but when everything is all said and done I am still saving $50 a week on cigs... so.... at some point it will pay off.

Heh, I know how you feel! Good thing my husband has had a lot of landscaping oddjobs this year, because it seems like I needed 20 new and different things a week! Now got a whole line up of mods, so many that I leave one of them there with all the vape stuff to be used for dryburning coils. :D

Currently I've decided to give the shinyitis a rest, and concentrate on DIY; already got nicotine, though I do need more for freezer-stashing, and got a qt of PG and a pint of VG, so now I have to buy about 100 diff flavors. But buying the stuff isn't the hard part -- reading all those DIY threads is!!

LOL! Yup I have the DIY bug sitting in the back corner of my brain waiting to rear its ugly head... its just right off in the distance waiting for that day when I have that brief feeling of mod satisfaction... This getting to be like mastur...ion... all the desire, guilt and satisfaction all rolled in to one... its just crazy

I did not break rules yet (after half a year). I use tanks (cotton wicks), I do not own mech mod (but may buy one as a cheap spare to spare). I do have RDA and RBA: I needed them just to check whether I am missing some important joy that can improve my life. But after I have tired RDA and RBA I decided that small improvement in vaping they supply does not worth a possible bit of my health they probably will demand. It’s not that I am some health nut, I joyously drink even thou drinking can shorten my life; I just do not drink Brazilian beers like Budweiser, they do not worth even a tiny bit of my health.

I dont mind all the gizmo's I got as long as I dont ponder on what I spent. Its hiding the new shineys from the missus thats the hard part. Gotta time them deliveries so they arrive when I am at home and she isnt!

But I am a master at hiding stuff. The missus still doesnt know about the airplane I bought in 2009 :D
