I'm a few weeks into being analog free and I have to say, I adore the fact that I am no longer a slave to the rituals and machinations of smoking cigarettes.
I realize that some people vape more than they smoked, but, for me, I am mindfully not vaping unless I feel a clear nicotine urge. This has freed me even further from the routine. Personally, I don't want to replace one habit with another - my goal is to eventually quit vaping as well.
Cigarettes were making me feel so worn out and hopeless all the time. Now, I am energized, and getting back into running (and able to breathe!). I also have become more affectionate with friends and co-workers, as I no longer have a nagging worry that my hair or clothes smell like ciggie smoke, so I just naturally feel comfortable being closer to people in general.
I'm so grateful to have found vaping, and to contributors to this forum-newbies and old timers. So...that's just my spazzy little two cents! Thanks everyone!
