to all,
Good news, everyone! I've made a breakthrough.
After considering some of the thoughtful and inspiring comments, I have revised some changes in myself.
I was coughing quite a bit, because of cessation from tobacco and as a result I began to vape incorrectly. What I found was, it tickled my lungs a bit and I know my throat was always sore. Not only was I heavy smoker, I puff some really hot smoke!
When I smoked, I usually take direct lung inhales. I smoked cigars like this and also when I was younger, I was a regularly hitting {Other things}, lol!
So now, the coughing has eased up a little and I have increased the wattage on my e-cig (it has variable controls). Also there's a delay after I fire up the coils, so I've worked around that by taking a series of extra large lung inhales as this prevents the coils cooing down too much and shortens the delay, until I'm satisfied with the nicotine delivery. I feel much, much better now. Thank you to all for your support. I'm still gonna hold on to this e-cig for a while, maybe a couple more weeks. I'm not going to upgrade onto the advanced mods, till later on in the year.
This just an update of my progress, hope it inspires!
Keep supporting your community and Ecf!

Congrats on finding the way this crazy Vaping thing works for you and getting over the ticklish coughing stage.
Heh heh, I've been vaping all day and am loving it, man! I can taste the blueberry flavour better and... It's awesome. Absolutely smooth and satisfying, really, chilling and maxing, completely relaxing. High rolling and shot calling...

I like my low wattage lower ohm builds, a good .8- 28 gauge spaced coil under 20 watts is a example. I have to ramp up the coil before I take a vape or I will cough from vaping just the heat from the coil before it gets hot enough to vaporize the juice. I gently blow down till I see a nice plumb coming out the airflow then I take my hit then after for a sec without power to cool the coil enough to try not to burn half cooked juice onto the coil. It also helps too not to let the coil cool right down too much between vapes or you'll have to ramp up the coil again, take a few hits then put it down.
I happily vape 12 nic juice down to .5 ohm coil builds in my subtank.

That Sounds like a nice vape, to me. I'm hitting a warm bubble gum flavor, (blows a thick cloud across the room) right now.
Overlapping the hit, after releasing the "trigger" works is really cool trick! Nice...
