The drip tips and attys seem fine.

That is a true 10ml. They are in about a 12ml bottle and they appear to be short. Those are DK flavors and all we do is repackage them. And they appear short because they are not filled to the top. We have since
changed bottles so they don't appear a little bit short. I would bet you didn't measure it. Just because it is 3/4 to 7/8 full does not mean you are getting shorted. Look at the different sizes of the bottles. The bottle is wider (fatter).

We are not in business to screw people and please do not exaggerate. We do not send anything out half full. Will send you another, but that is a full 10ml.
