It is a quality product and have sold many of these without any problems. I try to sell only the best e-cigs available within reason and price so the customer can enjoy the vaping experience without having to worry about his e-cig. I can not control what they do with the e-cig or what they vape in it or when they clean it or if they ever do.

It will not go out DOA, because I test every unit before it leaves the shop. Called quality control. Very few vendors offer a long term warranty. If they did, they would be out of business which has happened.

You know, I have quite of few customers that are repeat. They keep coming back for newer models and juice. There is some reason, probably customer service.

You know, I have about 14 or so 901's and 510's and steamclean them every couple of weeks. They are still going after nearly a year, they have diminished a bit, but still going. You know you can't drive a car without maintaining it. If you do wait and see what happens.

There are a few vendors that offer more than a 7 day warranty on the batteries, cones and chargers for the same price. So, if the battery fails after 7 days the customer is SOL? What maintenance are customers not performing on the batteries, cones or chargers that constitutes abuse or neglect?

Why do you keep asking the same question on these forums. For the last time it is at our discretion to replace or not. Abused? Misused? What were you vaping in it? Don't know until I see it.

Now you're trying to make it look like I bought one from you and abused it. When in fact you know that's not the case. I PM'd you about your warranty because I was thinking about buying a Riva Kit from you and you attacked me in your response. Hell I don't even own a Riva. Anyone considering buy from this guy beware.

Nothing happened. He has never bought from me. He is just someone that doesn't like my policies. There will always be someone that tries to run your business because they don't have their own. So, they go around hammering on everybody else.

Grow up dude and get over yourself.

I was trying to tell you you lost an order from me. Why keep this up. Report him to a mod, and get away from it. Why would you attack him like that. In one post you even tried to make it seem like he had bought a product from you, and abused it. There are a bunch of places to buy from these days. I'll find someone who's not fighting in an open forum. I'm sure the orders will keep flowing in though. I'm no one important.

You guys are nuts, I never tried to make anybody think he bought anything from me and abused it. Where do you get your interpretations? I have already told him and you too, you don't have to buy from me. It's OK. I don't care. It seems like the drama is helping my business. Sales are up this week. End of discussion. I'll just close the thread. I am over it. You guys keep bringing it up.
