Hi,
I am a new member here. I wrote a blog entry on one of my favorite vendors. I am in no way affiliated with him outside of a customer-vendor relationship. I'm just a journalist, and father of two who blogs a lot.
I've been vaping for about 5 months now, and have not smoked 1 single cigarette since going smokeless. I was a 1.5 to 2 pack a day smoker for about 25 years. I am a father of 2 boys, who loves being able to run around with them.

I usually stick with two local vendors (John at ecigg.org, and Alan at the TW store). I like supporting my local vendors. The reason that I wrote the blog entry was because I'm genuinely grateful to John & Alan for taking lots of time to guide me though the whole vaping experience & keep me from smoking. I'll be writing a blog for John soon.

Thanks for reading,
Neil

If you live in the Philadelphia area and enjoy electronic cigarettes, you are in luck. There is a brick and mortar store you can visit.

VaporPhoxxe is a “Totally Wicked” product store located at the 263 Marketplace in Warminster, PA.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by Allen, the owner. After this, you will be able to do something that you can’t do with online stores…actually see the products before you buy them.

Allen has a terrific supply of products, advice, enthusiasm, and patience for his loyal patrons.

Bring your pv & drip tip. You can actually try ejuice here. This, alone, makes it worth the trip.

You will also find genuine Joyetech “tornado” branded Ego kits, batteries, cartomizers, and accessories.

I bought a 650 mah tornado (ego) with a USB passthrough for charging. This is the best battery I’ve ever had.

Though many will tell you that imitation brands match genuine Joyetech products, I will beg to differ. You can clearly see that the tornado is built with quality control. Don’t believe me? You can go take a look for yourself. Below you’ll find a link to Allen’s store.

Happy vaping!
-Neil O

I live near there and it is nice to have a store, but the stuff is marked up alot bc it's a store. Don't get me wrong Alan is a super nice guy, but he only sells Totally Wicked stuff which I'm not really a fan of. The tornado is a rebranded eGo that TW sells. It is nice to be able to go get some juice is your really in a bind but it is really expensive and I dont really like TW juice. It is nice to be able to go try something out and Alan is a good guy, I just wish he didn't carry only TW stuff. And hes only open on the weekend which can be tough. There really wasnt anything there I could use but I did buy some empty dropper bottles for DIY just to give him some business bc I wanted to help him out. As much as I'd rather give him the business, his stuffs just too expensive to buy regularly. And his shops geared toward a beginner, which is nice for people starting out, but once your past that, the selection is limited. Im on a budget, and while hes a nice guy, id rather just not wait till I'm out of something and order stuff earlier online bc it's alot cheaper

I must politely disagree. Alan has expanded his product selection.

Selection-
Alan does only sell TW products. All of his PVs, atomizers, carts & accessories are genuine Joyetech products made for TW. I find this to be a huge plus. Joyetech is known for being rated in the very top tier of quality control. My TW atomizer is 3 months old, heavily used & works like the first day I bought it for $9.99.
I don't love the TW juices. I get mine from John at ecigg.org. His Kona Coffee is awesome. I get 30 ml for $12, 10 ml for &5. Since he's local, he meets up with me. TW's juice is good, but John's are great & cheap.

Prices-
I do believe that Alan's prices are the same as TW's online store. I could be wrong, but am pretty sure.
With that said, TW's juices are all pricey. TW's PVs & accessories are priced really well (as are Alan's). The Gold Band Atomizers alone make it worth the trip. My $9.99 atty is better, in my opinion, than any other 510 atty, or carto. It outperforms my smoketech dual coil cartos, & is going like a champ.

Service-
This is the "X Factor" when you find a good honest local vendor. I liken this dynamic to the kind of relationship one would have with a great local auto dealership service department. My local Honda dealership's service dept blows away the competition. They price match all local indie & chain auto service shops, offer genuine parts, no-hassle warranties, and in depth print outs of what you need & don't need fixed. They do this so that customers become so loyal that we buy our new cars there. They want your Honda to last forever, & have great resale value. This is why they educate you on how to maintain your car & save money.

Likewise, Alan doesn't just sell you products. If you buy a tank atty, he'll blow out the primer with a modified air compressor, and then give you a tutorial (using a sample torn down atty) on how it's designed, & how to prep, clean it. You'll learn how to utilize maintenance patterns to prevent leaks, increase it's lifespan, & have a better Vaping experience.

Bottom line-
The best thing about going to Alan's B&M store is that you will decrease the odds of wasting time, money, & experiencing the frustration of trial & error with products that are new to you.
I went to buy a new 510 atty. Instead of selling me one, Alan inspected my old one, gave me a cleaning tip, & told me that I probably won't be needing a replacement for a couple of months.

I can buy 510 attys online for $2-$3 less. This, however, won't give me the experience of having a human inspect my atty, assertain variables affecting quality deterioration, & then helping make my next atty last longer. In the end, I am saving money, and, more importantly, having better Vaping experiences.

Finally-
You can actually try juice flavors there before you commit to buying.

That's just my opinion based on my personal experience. I know it's all subjective, & relative to the individual user experience.

I, personally, enjoy supporting local businesses when they meet my needs. Its just my thing to advocate supporting local community commerce.

Caddyman operates VaperDepot

Caddyman is located in Middetown,DE, which is about 1 hour out of center city Philly....I know because I live in Middletown.

There's also vaporgalaxy.com located in West Chester,Pa. I don't know if he has a store front but you can pick-up.

I'm sure everyone has brought these vendors up. I've dealt with Alan at the 263 Marketplace in person. He is very knowledgeable and a great guy. Whenever I'm in the area I stop by to see him and end up getting something I'm short on.
Ecigg.org in Roxborough is internet only. Johnny gives great service and has great products.
Goodprophets.com(?) is another great vendor in Stevens. Again, great service and great products from Rob.
Both run specials often enough for me to wait out most of my buys.
These are the my main 3. All are in PA like me.
