Anybody know of a store you can go to in either Atlanta GA of Charlotte NC?

Most smoke shops in the state seem to carry (overpriced) e-cigs. Myfreedom smokes is also in Charlotte. While not brick and mortar you can arrange local pick ups. His e-juice is my mainstay and he has a good deal of hardware.
