Anyone know of any brick and mortar shops in the East-Central Illinois/West-Central Indiana area? I am near University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. I have gone to all the local head shops and have found very little in the way of juices. They all have ecig kits but they want to sell the pre-filled cartos and I like a little more control of my vape.
