Hello everyone,
Just getting into DIY juice and have been pretty happy with my results thus far. I plan to put in a big wizardlabs order for TFA flavors to try my hand at recreating some classics --gambit, bobas, pluid, grant's--and some other hyped juices that I haven't had the luxury of trying yet. However, as it stands, I only have a handful of TFA flavors I ordered a couple weeks ago. My girlfriend went to a craft store-- i believe it was joanne's? -- and found lorann flavoring; so, im wondering what other types of stores might carry these flavors, esp TFA brand (I see it in so many recipes). What are my chances of finding some good flavorings walking into an organic food store, supermarket, restaurant supply shop, cake shop, etc? What kinds of spots should I check out tomorrow so that I can start experimenting a little more before my wizardlabs order arrives? Thanks in advance!

I know I read somewhere in here that stores like Joannes's...... Michael's, Hobby Lobby, carry some in their cake/candy making section. I know for a fact the Hobby Lobby near me has Lorann's. As quickly as my stuff has shipped from Wizard and other vendors, I kinda stopped looking. What I did do, was cruise through a bunch of recipes here, played around with the ejuicemeup calculator and wrote a LOT of notes. I'm very new at this, but I'm so glad I've done it this way. I'm learning about flavor, what I do and don't like and how to better use the flavors.

This place is very cool.

Agreed. I've been browsing the recipes and clones like a little kid. I couldn't be more excited after paying $17-25/30ml for so damn long

I've been paying about $15 for 30ml, but it's quality juice and would last a couple weeks. Honestly, his stuff's so good I didn't mind and it seemed pretty average on price. But I'm having a really good time with DIY and the folks here have been incredible.

I agree. My local vape shop has been hit and miss; I bought an orange cream there at $17/30 'll a few weeks ago and it was anbsokutely wonderful; then, some time last week, I purchased another 30 made by a different employee and I am forcing myself to choke it down-- qc issues, to be sure-- thus my new interest in DIY.

How funny, not about your juice, but your flavor choice. My ADV is Vanilla Ice Cream with a double shot of orange. I love it! I'll still buy it from him if I can't get close to it. I'm tellin ya the guy is a genius with mixing and is the only one I buy pre-made from.

There's an orange creamsicle in the recipes thread. I made it with what I had... not bad, mine needs work. Didn't have the same (vendor) flavors, but I guess that's how ya learn!

You wont make a Grants or Pluid with just TFA or even come close. To make Grants you need Capella Custard and to make Pluid you need battery acid. Yes the latter will kill you if vaped in large doses. But it has been know to also grant immortality in some rare instances. In low doses it just melts your brain and turns you into a zombie.

Yes, I already have Capella in the cart. Not just sticking to TFA, only for the most part. And really, I dint care about copying pluid until I've tried the real deal. Without a point of reference for such an apparently complex flavor, what's the point?

My fave shop sells PureVapes eliquids. If you order from him directly, which I generally do for pre-made, he drops them at the shop. I suppose I could order FA flavors from him and he'd drop those off, as well. His stuff is amazing. I'm not trying to duplicate him, but I'm sure learning way more about stuff I do and don't like from DIY. Way cheaper than tossing pre-made!
