Eight atomizers is a good rotation, you should be able to keep half of them ready while the others soak. I leave them in a plastic jar with a screw cap, filled with 99% isopropyl alcohol, and agitate it every time I walk past it on my kitchen counter. Doesn't seem to hurt if I leave them soaking for several days, and the alcohol is always a little brown after a few hours, so its working ...
