Tried to install a rebuild kit today and broke the new center pin trying to tighten it. This sucks! Already emailed Rob. I guess the best way to get it right is just send it to him to fix! vaping just won't be the same until it's back!

Yeah, sending it to Rob may be the best bet.
When tightening mine, I get it as tight as I can with the feed tube attached, then go just a touch more with the pliers.

Rob is great. I believe it's time to invest in another Rio so I don't have to be without again. I'm sending mine out to him first thing in the morning and hopefully go ahead and order another as well. I'm thinking a mini this time? Any suggestions?
I stick with grands. I'd suggest an LP grand so you can run any atty that is ever made, like big ol 22mm drippers modded to bottom feed and now companies like Loki Lab making bottom fed versions of their killer Odin atty. Here - check it out:
