Broken XL Batt :(

I got my blue XL batt about a week or so ago. It was my first manual and at first I was a little unsure of it. On the drive home 2 days ago I was vaping, creating huge clouds of vapor with little effort and I thought, "wow this thing is great!" a few drags later, I press the button and nothing happens. I try again, nothing. Seriously, almost the same minute I fall in love with the thing, it breaks. Just my luck. So, it seems to work a little. I'll hit the button sometimes and it will light up, but after a few seconds it goes out. I've tried pressing harder, pressing in certain spots...it'll work but not consistently and not like it should be.

Is there any hope in saving or fixing this? I haven't emailed V4L yet, wanted to check here to see if anyone else has experienced this and any possible fixes before I bug them about it. Thanks!

I had this same thing with my chrome XL manual batt. It was "touchy" at first... had to hit the switch in just the right sweet spot. Seemed to get better for a little while, but it completely died within three weeks. Nothing I tried seemed to help. I think it's a wonky switch. V4L replaced it when I requested. Now I'm SMILIN.

There seems to be a sticky switch with some of these batteries, just make a note of it in the comments section on your next order and they will send you a new one no questions asked.
Thats the SMILIN warrantee, and it ROCKS!
