Brunhilde mtl issues

I have 5 brunhilde mtl and 2 of them are perfect.
1 has the issue that you have to turn them Really hard from vaping hole to fill hole. The 2 others I can hardly get them to turn at all, and can hardly get the cap off.
I used the ultrasonic cleaner but it doesnt help at all.

Is there anything i can do to get these 3 to work as they suppose to ???

Try lubricating your o-rings up and the inside of the cap a little bit with either VG or e-juice.

No. It's very common to use for lubricating atty parts.
I do this with my Brunhilde's when the caps are tight

Maybe try putting them in the freezer so that the metals contract and then use a couple of rubber jar openers to get them apart.

That's what I do with my stuck attys. Then, lube them up.

Local B&M Vape Shop (Visit)/someone who knows what their doing -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor may help).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.

I agree on lubing up the o-rings with VG. I do that with all my o-rings. It helps prevent tearing as well.

If lubing them doesn't work, try switching out the o-rings for the cap. Take the o-rings on one of the atomizers that is working fine and put it on one of the atomizers that are having a problem. If that solves your problem, then you know it's the o-rings. Sometimes they swell or aren't to spec. You could discard the problem ones and use your spare o-rings.
