Yes the TI 04050 is really nice for a "booster" single battery type mod. My all time favorite so far is the TI ptr 08100 which in not a booster because it requires 5 volts or more input volatge. It will step down the voltage. The beauty of it is that it can deliver 10 amps of current. This is the board used on the "evercool" mod which has quite a following and for good reason. It works awesome.

Thanks for the compliments everyone makes me want to make more. I have not had much free time lately. That should change with the cooler weather. I have the parts,just not the time.
