it would be cool if there was a site were you could build your own tank you could pick color drip tip top and bottom caps just saying maybe one of the suppliers will read this

There are a couple of tank manufacturers that offer this. You're on your own with the removable drip tips, but the variety to choose from all the vendors that sell them wouldn't be an issue to match up to the tank.
IBTanked offers a wide selection of painted tubes and endcaps. I'm quite sure they would do a custom tank for you. At one time they offered a wide selection of colors and patterns of their acrylic end caps, they put a hold on them for a while, and recently said that they would again be selling them soon. The colored tubes have also been suspended temorarily, but those will return soon, too. IBTanked - Get Tanked With Us!
Phiniac allows almost unlimited options to design a pyrex tube limited only by your imagination. Textured tanks, colored sand-blasted designs, 3D hand-blown designs, wood-like veneers. Quite sure they do custom requests. The caps are traditional delrin or stainless steel. Phiniac Rugged Pyrex Glass Tanks
High Desert Vapors has a glass blower who will do a custom pyrex tank of your design. I had them do a tree frog tank from my concept. These tanks use silicone grommets which I believe come in a choice of colors now. High Desert Vapes - Your Vapor Haven
